RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Post Pets Malibu. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return label and further instructions. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
